Brandi Womack Wood, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy Brandi Wood is a physical therapist and a partner of SRPT. She enjoys meeting and working with a variety of patients. She is driven to find what motivates each individual patient and stives to create an individualize rehabilitation plan designed by patient needs and goals. Her background in playing a multitude of sports in high school is what excites her to help other athletes. Her background in agriculture, livestock showing, and farming give her extensive motivation to help folks in these industries resume their lifestyles after an injury or disability. Brandi graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology in 2010 and from Hardin-Simmons University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2012. She joined SRPT in May 2014 and became a partner in the practice in 2016. Brandi continued her education, becoming an American Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She also received her Dry Needling certification later in 2019. She was a driving force behind the opening and growth of SRPT Hico, serving as Clinic Director 2018-2022. In early 2022, she stepped back from the clinic director position to lead the marketing of SRPT as company-wide Marketing Director. She continues to see patients in Hico in addition to leading the SRPT marketing team. She is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association, American Physical Therapy Association, and the Private Practice and Orthopedic Sections within the APTA. She served on the board of directors for Tarleton State University’s Alumni Association 2017-2021 and attends Erath County Cowboy Church. Brandi lives in rural Stephenville with her husband, Wesley, and two children, Parker and Wylie. In her spare time, Brandi enjoys cooking, exercising, playing with her kids, listening to live music, and helping her husband working in their cattle business
