Nicole D. Windsor, PT, DPT, PhD is a physical therapist, educator and businesswoman. She received her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from University of Kentucky in 2021; dissertation research focused on the use of a Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) intervention with patients experiencing chronic musculoskeletal pain and concurrent opioid dependence. She also expanded her “patient” load via the Certified Equine Rehabilitation Practioner and now can perform physical therapy on horses.
