Practice Description: Both of these practice settings have full-service physical therapy equipment for modalities, exercise, gait and balance training. Wound care patients are also seen. Wheelchair evaluations are also performed. In-patients, short and long term, are seen at the PCH site. Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) are performed at the Pch site.
