About

Sarah Elizabeth Vose, PT, DPT, MS

I was traditionally trained as a PT and practiced that way for many years. Through my own health struggles I found craniosacral therapy which was my introduction to all forms of bottom up processing and integrative medicine. I now combine more traditional modalities with craniosacral, somatic processing, visceral manipulation, speciality testing (food inflammation test, dutch test for hormones, etc) to provide my clients with care that is inclusive of the health of their mind, body and spirit.

Professional Education

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007 from Northeastern University. I also earned my Masters of Science in physical therapy and a Bachelors of Science in rehabilitation science from Northeastern University.

Other Certifications

CIDN, Cert-MSUC, Trauma Sensitive Certified Practitioner

Additional Interests

The focus of my work is to increase interoceptive awareness. Interception is the conscious awareness of sensations inside our bodies. We tune so many of them out over the years as we push through fatigue, pain, etc that our brain stops noticing them
