Practice Description: Our hospital focuses on the rehabilitation of the geriatric and adult populations for cardiopulmonary, neurologic, and orthopaedic conditions. We serve our adult and geriatric populations of Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus counties. The facility offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation along with a home health department allowing for a continuum of care for all the patients. Our center recently was awarded by Joint Commission to be a Center of Stroke Excellence!
