I am currently seeking opportunities to use my uniquely broad and deep experience to help rehabilitation organizations to improve their clinical excellence in order to be better positioned to handle the change to value based care. To assist organizations or practices seeking to position themselves for the rapidly changing future of physical therapy clinical practice I can provide the following: -Utilize my vast experience in regulatory, payment, clinical practice and management to assist practices in making the change to effective value-based care including improving clinical outcomes for providers and the practice. -My long term experience in the management of a faculty physical therapy practice allows me to work with practices/organizations in solving issues related to operations, staffing, marketing, payment, budgets, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and patient care. - Use my deep understanding and experience in federal and state legislation, as well as payer rules/regulations to assist physical therapy organizations in improving their advocacy efforts. - With my experience in education of PT's in entry-level programs, a post graduate orthopedic residency program and a transitional DPT programs I can guide organizations in improving their clinical education, and developing residency programs. As a result of my unique knowledge and experience I am well equipped to understand how all these areas impact both the clinical practice and the profession. Most importantly, I know how to find the most effective solutions that will help providers, programs and practice organizations find ways to improve their clinical excellence and clearly demonstrate the value of physical therapy.
