Practice Description: Access Physical Therapy and Wellness is now open at our new location (2022) in New City, NY (Rockland County). We are a family owned company with multiple NY locations throughout Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties. We also have offices in PA, CT and NC. Our focus is on providing the most comprehensive care to all patients in a friendly, warm atmosphere. We are trained to administer treatment to patients with all types of orthopedic and sports injuries/conditions.

Tracy Urvater, PT, DPT

Tracy began her career in PT at NYU Medical Center treating patients with spinal cord injuries, strokes, traumatic brain injury, and severe orthopedic trauma. The majority of her career has been focused on the treatment of orthopedic conditions in a private practice setting. She has taken numerous continuing education courses with special interest in shoulder pathology and rehab. Her vast experience in all orthopedic/post-op conditions has enabled her to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Additional Interests

Tracy is a drummer in her spare time, playing in a rock band near her place of residence. She enjoys treating musicians since her understanding of the physical demands of playing various instruments allows her to treat the conditions that occur.
