Practice Description: Our program is located at the Concussion Institute in the Hudgens professional building, on the Northside Hospital - Duluth campus. The Vestibular Rehabilitation program focuses on treating prolonged dizziness and imbalance following concussion as well as a variety of vestibular disorders. Our physical therapists are part of a highly skilled team of concussion experts representing multiple disciplines and areas of expertise. We are an affiliate of the American Institute of Balance.
