Sarah Elizabeth Townsend-Grant, PT, DPT

Sarah Townsend-Grant PT, DPT serves as an advocate and coach for clinicians both through her work as a clinical knowledge broker for Infinity Rehab and as Vice President of the PTWA Geriatric Special Interest Group. She is board certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and has practiced in outpatient, assisted living, independent living and skilled nursing facilities serving as a director and manager in Washington, Oregon, Indiana, and Connecticut. She is honored to be an interprofessional presenter at both national and state conferences such as APTA CSM, AOTA and ASHA. Her areas of passion and expertise are orthopaedics, interprofessional pain management, and facilitating patient engagement.
