Scott Allen Tate, PT, DPT

I am a Physical Therapist new to the Phoenix area. Prior to living in Arizona, I worked at the only PT office servicing a community of about 8,000 residents. This restriction in access put me in a position where I was treating not only patients with orthopedic needs, but also pediatric patients, neurovascular rehabilitation patients, and cardiovascular rehabilitation patients.
