Practice Description: The goal of Sullivan Physical Therapy is to provide comprehensive care that encompasses strategies and interventions to promote and advance the health in women and men of all ages. SPT offers physical therapists with advanced training in evaluating and treating the low back, pelvis and pelvic floor region. In addition, we offer a massage therapist who has earned the designation of Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist to address specific pregnancy needs.

Kimberlee Dawn Sullivan, PT, DPT

Kimberlee Sullivan graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in 1998. She received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2002. Since her clinical affiliation Kimberlee has focused her profession on pelvic floor dysfunction. She has worked with orthopedic and women's and men's health patients for sixteen years in states such as Oregon, Minnesota, and Texas. In October of 2005 she opened Sullivan Physical Therapy where she could focus on patients with pelvic floor dysfunction such as incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, interstitial cystitis, organ prolapse, sciatica and pelvic pain.
