My treatment approach is personalized to each individual and often includes a form of manual therapy, education and support, and a targeted exercise program. I strive to build trusting and solid relationships with each of my clients and insist on taking the time to listen and understand every person’s unique story because it is this story that provides the road map for our work together. I will collaborate with you to design a meaningful plan of care to assist in reaching your specific goals.
