Practice Description: Outpatient Physical Therapy supporting local primary care physicians and orthopedic surgeons as well as other specialists. Treat a wide variety of diagnosis and conditions including, but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, back/neck pain, shoulder, knee pain, post-orthopedic surgery, balance, vestibular disorders, and post-concussion rehab, fall prevention, cancer rehab with emphasis on prostate cancer, male pelvic floor, breast cancer, work related injuries and industrial rehab.

Mark Leonard Smith, PT

Mr. Smith has been practicing physical therapy for 30 years. He has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, a level 1 trauma center, rehabilitation centers, home care, and outpatient clinics. He provides physical therapy care to a wide range of diagnosis and patient populations. His present practice focuses on providing PT services to referrals from primary care/family physicians and orthopedic surgeons. He provides: Vestibular, Wheelchair evaluations, Work Rehab, and more.
