Practice Description: Elevation PT is a private practice located on the campus of Green Moutain Valley School. Two full time Physical Therapists and an Athletic Trainer. Treatment is one on one for a FULL hour. We do not treat more than one patient at a time. We are dedicated to providing the client with our full attention for one hour with no distractions. We treat a full range of clients from adolescents, high level atheletes to joint replacement or neurological impairments in the elderly.
