Adam Shildmyer, PT, DPT

Adam began practicing as a physical therapist in 2012 after receiving his Doctorate degree (DPT) from the University of Washington. His extensive outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine credentials include acting as Primary Mentor for the University of Washington’s Orthopedic Residency Program and for those pursuing post-Doctorate Fellowships in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. While working in orthopedic and sports medicine practices, Adam has treated everyone from weekend warriors to high level athletes in the NBA, MLB and NCAA. He is Titleist Performance Institute Certified as a Medical Provider and frequently treats golfers in the greater Seattle area. Adam is distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), is a Board Certified Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association in Sports (SCS) and is Spinal Manipulation certified by the State of Washington. Fewer than 1% of PTs hold all 3 of these distinctions.
