Practice Description: Community-STARs is an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic for children ages 0-21 years old. We are located in Culpeper, Virginia - also serving Madison, Greene, Orange, Charlottesville, Rappahannock, and Fauquier. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We believe a child’s work is play and we are passionate about our work! At Community-STARs, we aim high, we aim big, we shoot for the stars, and we get there through small, incremental, doable steps.
