Practice Description: I am in private practice with Bayside Rehabilitation, Inc, in Belle Haven VA. We are a full spectrum PT/OT/SLP facility that has service in outpatient, home health, and long term care/ SNF. My speciality is the vestibular rehabilitation (balance/dizziness/vertigo/falls) and I am the only provider with specialized training on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in this area.
