Practice Description: Therapeutic Associates Medford has proudly provided therapy services to Rogue Valley residents since 1990, then known as STORM Physical Therapy. Today TAI Medford is conveniently located in the People’s Bank building, just off the South Medford I-5 exit. Our staff includes two therapists with a wide range of knowledge, experience, and expertise, ranging from Sports Medicine to balance/vestibular dysfunctions.
