Practice Description: I provide balance, vestibular, concussion, sports, orthopedic, accident, and work related physical therapy rehabilitation and testing services. My clinic has work conditioning, work hardening and chronic pain recovery programs. I work with adults of all ages, youth, and children (5-years and older). I offer healthy person balance and fitness screens. I am a Registered Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation and provide medical examinations for commercial drivers.
