Rachel has completed coursework through the APTA and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute for advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy including the treatment of incontinence (including leaking and/or frequent urge to use the bathroom) for men, women, and children; pregnancy and postpartum conditions and recovery; pelvic pain conditions; pelvic organ prolapse; constipation and bowel dysfunction; osteoporosis; and side effects from cancer treatment.

Professional Education

Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from the University of Delaware in 2008 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2011.
