Practice Description: We have about 3000 sq. feet allowing quite a bit of space to move around freely. This allows us to practice walking, running, stairs, balance training, ball exercises, correct lifting technique, throwing, and any sport movement pattern requiring more space. We have a women's and men's health specialist on staff for pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain/SI joint dysfunction, and core/spine specialization. We also have a massage therapist and personal trainer available.
