Julie Anne Mulcahy, PT, DPT

Julie Mulcahy holds a PT, MPT, DPT from the University of Michigan. For over 20 years she has specialized in direct patient care in orthopedics, sports medicine and women's health. She has published research in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior, titled Feasibility and Acceptability of Delivering a Postpartum Weight Loss Intervention via Facebook: A Pilot Study, Jan 2018. She has authored several articles in health and fitness publications including ChoosePT and Creaky Joints. Throughout her career she has been involved as a clinical instructor for student PT’s and PTA’s and served as Clinical Coordinator for Clinical Education and an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Baker College of Auburn Hills, MI from 2015-2019. She is currently Clinical Program Manager at Physera Physical Therapy Group and has been treating patients with telehealth since 2018. She is an APTA member (565611) of the Michigan Chapter, the Federal Section and the Primary Care SIG. She resides in Lake Orion, Michigan.
