Practice Description: Dakota Physical Therapy has served the Mitchell area since 1996, and was purchased by myself and a partner, Steve Van Genderen in Sept. 2005. In addtion to outpatient Physical Therapy, we offer outpatient Occupational and Speech Therapy Services. We also own and operate a comprehensive Home Health Agency that provides these same therapy services in addition to Skilled Nursing Services.

Payment Info: Credentialed with ALL local and regional health insurance companies, even AVERA Health Plans (with the ONLY exception being hospital employees and their dependents)
