JoAnn Moriarty-Baron, PT, DPT

JoAnn Moriarty-Baron has worked in numerous clinics in Massachusetts and New Hampshire where the majority of her practice focused on those with neurological dysfunction, balance and gait deficits. She has been on faculty at the UML DPT program since 2011. She achieved Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2004 and established two Vestibular Rehabilitation programs. She has authored chapters on balance training & vestibular rehabilitation in Improving Functional Outcomes in Rehabilitation.

Professional Education

JoAnn Moriarty-Baron graduated from the University of Lowell in 1991 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy and obtained her Doctoral degree from Simmons College in 2008.
