I have a diverse athletic background as well as Physical therapy background and have worked in numerous different settings providing care to a wide variety of patients and various ailments.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and have an extensive background in athletics, weight lifting and return to sport body mechanics and rehab. I also enjoy working with pregnancy and postpartum and helping this population return to their goals.
