Practice Description: West Physical therapy has 2 locations, one in Geneva and one in Sugar Grove. We are a therapist owned practice that prides ourself in one on one individualized care. We offer evening hours, 45 minute therapy timeslots so that we can give that quality one on one care, and we strive to consistantly have the same therapist treat the same patients for continuity in care. Both facilities are large, bright spaces and we offer all the latest equipment and modalities.
