Practice Description: Centra Health at the JYMCA is located in Wyndhurst just inside the front doors of the YMCA. We have our own center and in addition, have access to all of the YMCA equipment. We offer pool therapy, hand therapy from a Certified Hand Therapist, treatment for neck and back pain, TMJ treatment, and general orthopaedic treatment. You do not have to be a member of the YMCA to attend. We accept most major insurances including Medicare.
