Sara Anne Johns, PT, DPT

Sara Johns PT, DPT, has extensive experience working with children with complex medical conditions and a variety of diagnoses between ages 0-18, including Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, ventilator dependence, and after cardiac surgery. Sara has experience working in a level III NICU, PICU, trauma center, and high-risk developmental follow-up clinic prior to moving to the early intervention setting.

Additional Interests

Sara is the site coordinator for clinical education for M Street and works closely with local speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy programs to facilitate clinical internships with M Street providers.
