Practice Description: I work with orthopedic diagnoses using manual therapy, specific exercise prescription, and in depth patient education to teach my patients how to funcion better, and to improve their sports performance and activities of daily living. My goal is to teach patients about thier body, why it hurts (or does not perform as well as expected), and to lead them to a healthier lifestyle.
