Jeanette Hrubes is the Chief Executive Officer for Peak Form Medical Clinic., a comprehensive Occupational Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic located in Boulder and Brighton, Colorado . The practice focuses primarily on workers compensation matters including: treatment / rehabilitation of injured workers, comprehensive employment testing programs, objective functional capacity programs, job analysis, ergonomic assessments and drug testing services. She often assists employers , providing brown bag seminars to educate their workforce on a variety of topics including: reasonable suspicion, ergonomics set-up and proper mechanics to decrease injury rates. Ms. Hrubes has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist. She attended the University of Florida where she received a Physical Therapy degree in 1994. On numerous occasions, she has been called as an expert witness in workers compensation cases, and has been a frequent speaker on Employment Testing in the State of Colorado in a variety of venues. She is active in several organizations including: Professionals of Worker’s Compensation, Colorado Self Insured Association, Colorado Risk Management Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. She participates in Colorado legislative affairs and is passionate about being proactive in reducing work related injuries.
