Practice Description: Jefferson Rehabilitation is Thomas Jefferson University Hospital's outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice. There are several offices, but I work at the 25 South 9th Street, Philadelphia office. At this office there are physical and occupational therapist specialists in many areas: orthopaedic, neurologic, pediatrics, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, pelvic floor, and hand therapy. This location also has speech pathologists and physical medicine physicians.
