Practice Description: Small Town Outpatient hospital based clinic. We are connected to a Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living Center and Rural Clinic. We treat all types of patients in theses areas as well as provide pool therapy, orthopedic treatment, neuro rehab, orthotics fitting, sports rehab, wound care, lymphedema treatment, dry needling, BFR, pelvic health, balance training and treatment for dizziness / vestibular rehabilitation.
