Practice Description: I am lucky to be a part of a very unique practice arrangement which involves working with in and outpatients with heart and lung failure including peritransplant rehabilitation at the VA in Madison, WI. I provide clinical mentoring for cardiopulmonary residents at the VA in Madison, advise and occasionally lecture at UW DPT program with regards to ICU mobility, and have even been a patient at the UW simulation center. I am fortunate to work with colleagues dedicated to Veteran care.
