Marcie Harris-Hayes, PT, DPT, MSci

Marcie Harris-Hayes, PT, DPT, MSCI, OCS, is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy and Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. She is a board certified clinical specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, with particular interest in hip pain. Dr. Harris-Hayes completed her post-doctoral experience at Washington University as a scholar in the Comprehensive Opportunities in Rehabilitation Research Training program (CORRT), an NIH funded program to train clinical researchers in a multidisciplinary environment. She is currently funded by a K23 from NICHD-NCMRR to investigate rehabilitation factors in hip disorders including femoroacetabular impingement, acetabular labral tears and pre-arthritic disease. Dr. Harris-Hayes received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master’s of Science in Clinical Investigation from Washington University.
