Practice Description: In 2000 she earned her certification to perform Isernhagen WorkWell Systems Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Conditioning, Functional Job Analysis, and Pre-Work Screens. In 2001 Karen became a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is the acting Coordinator of clinical education at Columbia PT.Karen has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1997. She has a special interest in balance and vestibular rehab.
