I have been working to optimize health and mobility for over 30 years starting in athletic training and working as a PT aide. While pursuing my education I served 5 years in the Marine Corps. I myself had numerous auto-immune and orthopedic issues and I discovered my patient population was the same. This led me to seek multiple certifications in many aspects of health and eventually brought me to functional medicine.
