Practice Description: Alpine Physical Therapy is the largest private outpatient clinic in Missoula and has three locations for convenient access in north, south, and downtown Missoula. Alpine South and Alpine Downtown are located in Missoula's premiere fitness facilities of The Peak Health and Wellness Center, affording patients access to the Center during and after rehabilitation. We have 15 therapists with numerous certifications and specialties. Patients from over 300 area doctors have been treated at Alpine.

Brace Hayden graduated from SRU in 2001 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has post-graduate certifications in orthopedic clinical specialization (OCS), strength and conditioning (CSCS), trigger point functional dry needling, and treatment of vestibular and balance issues.
