Clinics are located in Columbus, Greensburg, and Seymour, Indiana. We appreciate your trust in our ability to provide care to you and/or your loved ones. Just as you have “your family” physician or dentist, we want to be “your family” physical therapist; the place you come to for all of your rehab needs, whether for treatment or just a question!
