Practice Description: SMI-LA is a 3,000 square foot orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. We are a physical therapist owned and operated private practice. In addition to treating orthopedic and sports injuries, SMI-LA also treats pelvic floor dysfunction in women and men. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Health Net and most other private insurance carriers. We also accept some workers compensation carriers.
