Rachel Marie Gmach, PT, DPT

Rachel Gmach, PT, DPT is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and professional yoga therapist. She started her career as a shiatsu and massage therapist, eventually opening her own practice in South Minneapolis, focusing on Eastern and Western therapies. In search of more ways to help people out of pain, she returned to school and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in her home state of Minnesota.

Professional Education

Rachel has continued to further her education, studying manual therapy, dry needling and Myofascial Release. She earned her manual therapist certification from Maitland Physiotherapy in 2018 and Medical Therapeutic Yoga certification in 2021.
