I integrate manual treatment and exercise for optimal outcomes!

Professional Education

I am very committed to continuing education, receiving certification in McKenzie (MDT), Astym, Rock Tape, Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute), and have taken many courses from the Postural Restoration Institute.
