Practice Description: Finn received a BS in 1999 and a Master’s of physical therapy degree in 2001 from the University of Utah. He was awarded board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2004 (re-credentialed in 2014), and received a clinical doctorate degree from Regis University in 2012. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through Bellin College in 2019.
