Practice Description: Personally Fit, Inc. is a 9000 square foot out-patient physical therapy and fitness facility. We offer state of the art rehabilitation and traditional fitness equipment, with standard gym amenities. We have over 400 members of our gym, in addition to operating a physical therapy practice with six licensed physical therapists. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, BlueShield Champus, Workmen's Compensation, and a wide variety of other plans.
