Amy has worked in orthopedics and sports medicine for over 25 years. She is skilled in evaluation, management, and prevention of injuries, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports specific conditioning. She has extensive training in orthopedic manual therapy, specializing in methods taught by Mulligan, Maitland, and McKenzie. She has worked as an athletic trainer and physical therapist with youth, high school, college, and professional level athletes including College of St. Scholastica,
