Practice Description: Outpatient therapy clinic associated with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Interdisciplinary approach with focus on neurologic rehab. Programs include, stroke, balance/fall prevention, Parkinson's, wheelchair seating and positioning, and prosthetic management.
