Jonathan Trump Evans, PT, DPT

Dr. Evans worked in Atlanta for 2 years as a physical therapist. He then moved overseas and worked alongside physical therapist from New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, allowing him to learn a wide array of treatment approaches not commonly offered in the United States. He also treated professional athletes in the Rugby 7s and ATP Tennis Tournaments. He founded ProTailored Physical Therapy in Fort Wayne, IN in 2015 with his wife and has been working there since.

Professional Education

Dr. Jon Evans earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University has his BS in Exercise Science from Indiana University. He completed a 2 year orthopedic residency along with certifications in Dry Needling and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
