Practice Description: We have a 3,700 square foot facility that is large enough to get to a full sprint, throw footballs, baseballs, softballs, hit volleyballs, swing golf clubs and most other sports related activities. We utilize a variety of equipment including heavy bands, kettle bells, physioballs, free weights, bosu balls, mini tramps, rebounders, spinners, treadmill, etc. We currently accept most insurances including Priority Health Insurance.
