Practice Description: Elswick Physical Therapy is a solo part time private practice in Lexington, KY. I continue to focus in the same areas as my former practice, Bluegrass Physical Therapy (1992-2014). Currently seeing patients 1-2 days per week treating primarily back and neck pain patients as well as doing FCEs. I continue to provide custom orthotics, treat the occasional head, neck, and facial pain patient, as well as provide balance training. I have an onsite small gym and hoping to retire within next 2 years!
