Practice Description: 3Dimensional Physical Therapy is located in Northend Tacoma by Stadium High School. It is a 2700 square foot facility with a large open area which allows us to get creative with our functional exercises that are tailored for you. My education and training have allowed me to network with several prominent and respected professionals in sports medicine which have opened up opportunities for me to present locally as well as nationally. I own and teach continuing education courses (“When the Feet Hit the Ground…Everything Changes”, and WTFHTG...Running) to other PTs and medical professionals across the country. I enjoy the fact that our profession is ever evolving and that we should never stop learning.

I'm a sports nut! I have played several sports and still actively ride bikes, golf and bowl. I fit in functional exercises when I can. I try and practice what I encourage patients to do. I also enjoy construction projects, remodeling and woodworking.
