Practice Description: Living at Home LLC is an in- home physical therapy private practice providing physical therapy services to patients from birth to 100 years old in the convenience of their own home. Services are provided in-home, but DO NOT provide services for patients that qualify for home health. Physical therapy is provided to patients with involvement of family members or care-givers if requested by patient. Services also include assessment of home environment for fall prevention.
